然后转运。（转运费也要付日元。气死）。

1. I can't sign in.it shows that:We haven't seen you using this device before. To help protect your account, we just want to make sure it's really you. and I fill in the number. it shows:Sorry, you've made too many failed attempts. We blocked your sign-in to protect it against unauthorized access. Please sign in with a device that you've previously used, or contact Amazon Customer Service. I try by cellphone and ipad,but i'm failed, I always bought the products on amzon.jp with this PC, and I can't sign in anymore. the only way to contact Amazon service is make a call by cellphone,but I living in china,there is no option of china.

2. There is problem of my camera. I told you that some stuffs are missing,I accept it,because I'm a buyer from china.I don't like refund for this little problem,the camera was good.and the problem come out, I starting up the camera this morning and it shows nothing but a blue screen, including the ove & evf screen and the firmware is the newest one. and I don't how to do it now. I hope u can do something with this two question ASAP.

大概意思是。1.解封账号需要账户的邮件地址。账户名称。你的收货地址（一般都是转运地址）。已登记过的信用卡后四位数字以及有效期。只能通过电话验证。2.相机只能提供退货服务（运费得我付）3.建议找富士维修。

我就想啊想啊。一个国际电话一分钟得多少钱啊。我的中式英语人家听得懂么（事实我多虑了）？

想我是张大妈家的人。怎么会被这点小事给难了！国际电话。最终只能人肉退回！日亚相机退货经历各种找软件。易信。微信电话本等。国内没一个靠谱的。于是投入了Skype的怀抱。找天猫买了个通话时长卡（居然没找淘宝）。6块钱搞掂（其实我比对了好久。找了最有性价比的）。

Hi Buddy No, I said that about the missing stuffs I don't care! but now, my camera doesn't work, I care about this problem, I am willing to return the camera for this problem, and can I ask why should I pay for the return delivery fee?(I pay lots of delivery fee when I buy it) and if I return this camera,what are u going to do.refund? exchange or other solution? hope for the answer. thank you!

好吧。规则就是规则。只能自己请求转运公司退货呗。我用的是JShoppers。邮件沟通了下（很方便。全称中文）。可以协助退货。但是会有600日元的手续费。具体操作就不说了（因为没走成）。

OK。最后到了寄国际快递的时候了。因为我是张大妈家的人。所以选快递必须选性价比高的。所以淘宝国际快递。问了个遍。数码产品全部不接单。不接单啊。那不行转线下呗。因为我在外贸公司。所有经常有国际快递。所以打了个电话给代理。给了个折扣价200多块吧。正常应该好几百吧。就招呼人家来呗。又有了如下对话：

寄什么东西。答：数码相机

这个寄不了。需要有授权证明。答：我擦

寄到个人还是公司。答：转运公司（尼玛应该说个人的。是寄给在日本的我。懂了吧）

那就是公司了。寄不了。寄给个人还可能可以。答：好吧。

于是人家白跑一趟······

最后找了土豪同事的土豪同学人肉过去。在退货的。（退货的具体操作就不说话了哈。日亚详细说明）
